What a busy weekend !
The November Pack Meeting was packed – I’m glad to see so many boys show up to have some fun.
Webelos Den 1 (aka Bacon Patrol) start the meeting off with obstacle course they devised. Most of the boys got to go round a couple of time and really seemed to find it challenging.
Cubmaster Benoit handed out some hiking awards for boys that have completed 50, 100 or 125 miles of hiking. Well done Joe, Austin, Zane, Carter & Lucas.
The last part of the meeting involved a snake, a skunk, an alligator and lots of other animals – the boys asked some challenging ( and interesting !!) questions.
As the boys get older they get to try move advanced activities. The Webelos and Arrow of Light scouts went to Treasure Valley to try their hand with BB guns, Archery, slingshots and pumpkin catapults – and many braved the rain and snow to spend the night camping with the Boy Scouts from Troop 106. I hope everyone enjoyed the food and the campfire entertainment as much as I did.
